Dear Mrs. Rohrs,

I wish to submit my resume for the position of Public Relations Manager which is posted on your website. My experience, education, and skills will make me a great member of the team and I know that I will be able to accomplish listed responsibilities such as creating and managing PR plans, managing award submissions, and  developing PR plans and strategies.

While my education and experience surely proceed me, I also have experience running my own business where I specialize in desserts. I started this business because I genuinely enjoyed baking for friends and family. Soon after people begin asking for pricing on different items for birthday parties, weddings, etc. and my business truly took off. Juggling school full-time while also running my own business has taught me patience, strengthened my time-management skills, and developed solid decision-making skills.

I am beyond enthused and excited to submit my resume for this position. The opportunity to be around sports and promote CBS Sports Digital initiatives to trade and consumer press truly makes me feel as if I could truly benefit this company. I am able to efficiently and effectively balance multiple projects under pressure while also being a motivated self-starter. I also have acquired media monitoring skills in Google Analytics, Hootsuite Platform Certification and a Social Marketing Certification.

Enclosed is my resume at your review. I welcome the opportunity for an interview to discuss my additional skills, previous work experience, and what I have to offer your company and bring to the table.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

RACISM. Look at me. I'm a black woman. I  was born a black woman and I will be a black woman until I  die. I  love my skin and I am comfortable in my skin (besides these extra pounds I've picked up... thanks quarantine). I  believe Black Lives Matter. I  think people should be allowed to date who they want. I    am pro-black. I  am also a black woman with a white best friend. Where It All Started Me and my best friend, Hannah, have been friends for about 13 years. We met in Mrs. Tisdale's third grade class and have been pretty much stuck like glue since. We've cried together, been in trouble together, snuck out together (sorry mama and Mrs. Kim), had disagreements, and fights but our friendship has never quavered.  We grew up attending Vincent Middle High School, a small 2A school about 30 miles outside of Birmingham,AL (You know, one of those towns where EVERYBODY knows EVERYBODY'S business 😒) I'll be the first to say that Hanna...

You know, one of those weeks where you are not mentally where you want to b e, your physical healt h is pretty sucky, or when you just need a break from life and  all  things ass ociated with it. Unfortunately, I've been definitely experiencing one of those week. I  woke up Sunday feeling pretty icky and instantly though, OH NO! I was experiencing a runny nose, headache, dry cough, and just felt really weak. I went home for the weekend and knew I    was in no shape to drive back to campus. I went back to campus Monday evening and woke up Tuesday morning to g o to my universities Student Health Center. In the times of COVID-19, I  w as prettyyyyyy sure I  had caught it and very bummed. I     got tested and it was NEGATIVE!! I    definitely was happy about that but NOT about the sinus infection they diagnosed me with. All in all though, I  am bl...
